This message is amazingly long. When you consider that EVP Voice is usually short and consists of only a few words. The technicians seem to be able to hold the portal open for lengthy periods and keep the energy flowing when transmitting with Morse Code. Those of us in the ‘Radio World’ understand that Morse is a very efficient carrier of information where energy is concerned.
It appears they think if Peter and Alison get together for portal communication the energy will be compatible, and presumably stronger.
Peter is building a new house, quite a big project. So, I think his father is simply saying he is proud of him for this achievement.
